Our Story

This Love Story began in Middle School. For Daniel, he swears he met Ansley in 7th Grade Health Class. He picked her out in the school yearbook and said to a friend “I’m going to date Ansley.” On the other hand, Ansley will say it all started in 8th grade Homeroom. They went to 9th grade homecoming together and from there, they dated and flirted on and off throughout high school. With their Families Close, Daniel and Ansley were never far from each other. Both Daniel and Ansley went off to college but it wasn’t until April 2018, they rekindled in Athens, Georgia. No matter the distance between Daniel and Ansley they always found their way back to each other. Fast forward to May 2023, Daniel proposed to Ansley at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina. They are both so excited for this next phase of their lives with their 2 goldendoodles, Baylor and Stormy. Daniel and Ansley cannot wait to celebrate with you in October!

Can I Bring a Date?

Your Invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor.

What Time should I Arrive?

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Remember in Bluffton, you're on Island Time! We recommend you leave yourself ample time and aim to arrive by 3:30pm. Please Note: If you choose to  drive,  there will be designated parking spaces on the Venue grounds. 

Will there be Gluten Free Options?

Yes, we will have Gluten Free and Vegetarian Friendly Options!

Can I take Photos and Videos during the Ceremony?

We kindly ask that you do not have your Phones or Cameras out during the Ceremony. Our Photographer and Videographer will be capturing the Moments so you can enjoy with us!

Is there a Dress Code?

We'd love to see our Family and  Friends dress up with us! We are requesting  Semi Formal Attire. Please Note: The Ceremony and Reception are outside. Ladies, I'd recommend Block Heels over Stilettos.
